Nacogdoches Police Report - 07/17/07

ASSAULT: 400 block of Lane Drive. Husband and wife pushed each other during an argument. Husband left the residence for the day. No charges filed.

THEFT: 2000 block of North Street. A known suspect pumped fuel into his vehicle and left the scene without paying. Warrant requested.

CREDIT CARD ABUSE: 100 block of Upton Street. Two bicycles were reported stolen from the porch of a residence.

ASSAULT: 100 block of Wettermark. Complainant reported that a known suspect burned him on the neck with a cigarette. Warrant requested.

ASSAULT-EVADING ARREST: 300 block of Lane Drive. The suspect punched the victim in the nose during an argument causing injury. Kenneth Durett was arrested. While investigating the incident, officers noted another suspect inside the residence who refused to come out. Officers finally got the suspect to come out of the residence and John Blankenship was arrested for evading arrest.

TERRORISTIC THREAT: 900 block of Martin Luther King. Suspect telephoned the complainant at work in a threatening manner.
