Nacogdoches Police Report - 07/19/07

ASSAULT: 400 block of Steen Drive. Complainant reported being assaulted by a known suspect during a disturbance. No serious injury; warrant requested.

HARASSMENT: 500 block of East Main. Complainant reported that a known suspect made harassing messages on voice mail.

THEFT: 600 block of Third Street. A window air conditioning unit was reported stolen from an unoccupied home.

UNLAWFUL RESTRAINT-ASSAULT:  3500 block of South Street. Complainant reported that a known suspect had offensive physical contact with her, and held her arms against her will. Investigation underway.

THEFT: A.L. Mangum Airport-Terry Crawford Drive. Complainant reported the theft of five lens covers for runway lights on 7-13-07.

ASSAULT: 1700 block of East Main Street. Complainant was reportedly assaulted by a known suspect. No serious injury; warrant requested.

ASSAULT: 700 block of Mockingbird Lane. Complainant reported being slapped by a spouse during a disturbance. Complainant did not wish to file charges.

RESISTING ARREST; 200 block of Old Tyler Road. Officers called to report of a suspicious person. Suspect was located and found to be intoxicated. When officers attempted to arrest the suspect, he physically resisted. Rene Bravo was arrested.

DWLI-FAIL TO IDENTIFY: 2400 block of Woden Road. Officer stopped a vehicle for traffic. Driver gave a false date of birth. Driver identified as Monroe Peterson. He was found to have a revoked dl and was arrested.

ASSAULT: 3400 block of Stones Throw. Officers were called to a disturbance on Parmley Drive. Officers determined that the victim and suspect had been involved in a disturbance on Stones Throw, where the victim received minor injuries during an assault. Complainant did not wish to file charges.

ASSAULT: 3100 block of North Pecan Street. Officers were contacted about a juvenile female physically assaulting her mother. The juvenile was taken into custody and released to parent. No injuries.
