First it was Jermichael Finley heading to Texas. Then Gilbert Moye signed with Missouri. Diboll's turned into a Big XII hot bed. As the Diboll Lumjerjacks open camp, there's plenty of more weapons for the conference to recruit this year.
Coach Gary Martel's team returns top recruits Ketarus Stanton and J.J. Hayes. Hayes missed last year thanks to a preseason injury, but is being recruited by Colorado and Baylor.
With so many weapons, it will take a lot of points to beat Diboll this season.
"We have good players at every position," Lineman Ryan Whitworth says. "Last year we had great players spread out."
"Coach Martel said he's going to put the best players in on offense," Quarterback Jacoby Spencer says. "I think we're going to do better then we did last year and go farther in the playoffs."
