COPY-Lufkin Police Report - 08/10/07

AGGRAVATED ASSAULT:   200 BLOCK OF FINLEY ST.  A woman reported that a known suspect came to her home Thursday night after the two had an argument on the phone and the suspect held a knife to her throat and threatened her.  The victim received a very small cut from the knife but did not require medical treatment.

THEFT:  800 BLOCK OF BLEDSOE.  Several metal wall studs were stolen from outside a residence Thursday afternoon.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF:  700 BLOCK OF HOSEA DOLPHUS SR.  A woman reported that her adult grandson came to her home Thursday afternoon and took a pot of food off the stove and threw it out in the yard and then threw a rock threw a window when he wasn't allowed back inside.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF:  1400 BLOCK OF GINN WAY.  The front door glass of a residence was shot with a BB gun sometime within the past two months.

BURGLARY OF A BUILDING:  100 BLOCK OF HUBBARD.  A portable generator was reported stolen from a residential storage building sometime during the past week.

DOMESTIC DISTURBANCE:  200 BLOCK OF BOOKER.  A woman reported that her common-law husband threw a brick through the back window of their residence during an argument Thursday afternoon.  The woman declined to file charges.

BURGLARY:  1600 BLOCK OF KELTYS.  A car stereo was stolen in a vehicle burglary that occurred sometime within the past four days.

FRAUD:  100 HUSON PLACE.  A man reported that his debit card was lost or stolen Tuesday and unauthorized charges were made on the card at a Lufkin store.
