Dragon Vision

The Nacogdoches Dragons feel like pros today.  One look at their new locker room had players ready for Friday night madness.   Phase one of 'Dragon Vision' was completed last night.  Just in time for this afternoon's ribbon cutting.

The Dragons were joined by parents and the quarterback club to celebrate one the finest high school locker rooms in the country.

"Before he agreed to take the job Coach Harper asked me the question," Quarterback Club President Jeff Hamilton says.  "If I agree to come to Nacogdoches. Do you think Nacogdoches is ready for change? My comment was, absolutely coach. I promise that we're ready for you."

The project took 50 days with the help of many parents and volunteers.   The locker room was expanded, with new wooden lockers and carpeted floors.

"It's really cool," Senior James Ervin says.  "I feel like we're in the pros. Wooden lockers and everything, it's amazing. Everything in three years is coming to life."
