Nacogdoches Police Report - 08/17/07

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF: 100 BLOCK OF MITCHELL STREET. Complainant reported that subject(s) unknown had damaged the paint on his vehicle.

HIT AND RUN: 1300 BLOCK OF NORTH UNIVERSITY DRIVE. An unknown suspect vehicle struck complainant's vehicle in a parking lot.

HIT AND RUN: 2200 BLOCK OF SW STALLINGS DRIVE. Unknown vehicle struck complainant's fence and failed to give information.

INCIDENT REPORT: 4000 BLOCK OF SOUTH STREET. A victim passed a note to a store clerk indicating that she was in danger. The suspect vehicle was located and the victim was determined to be safe in another town.

CRIMINAL TRESPASS: 107 NORTH STREET. Suspect entered the property after being warned not to do so. Sammy Polk was arrested.

THEFT: 4900 BLOCK OF NW STALLINGS DRIVE. A known suspect took cell phone minutes without paying. Warrant requested.

ASSAULT-INTERFERENCE WITH 911 CALL: a known suspect had an argument with the victim and interfered when the victim attempted to notify the police. The suspect also allegedly physically assaulted the victim. Warrant requested.

FELONY POSSESSION OF MARIJUANA: 3200 BLOCK OF NORTH STREET. Officers were called to a drug complaint. Officers could see marijuana through the window of a residence. When officers made their presence known, two suspects ran and ran through the apartment complex with the suspected marijuana. Officers captured the two suspects, and a search revealed suspected marijuana in the toilet as well as elsewhere in the residence. Kim Forney and Anthony Fowler were arrested. Heather Nowland was also arrested for resisting arrest or detention.

POSSESSION OF MARIJUANA: 200 BLOCK OF EAST COLLEGE. Vehicle was stopped for a traffic violation. Officers found the suspect to be in possession of a useable amount of suspected marijuana. Jesse Forrest was arrested.
