Jeff Sneed, an architectural engineer who's always been intrigued with wine making, is the owner and force behind Los Pinos Ranch Vineyards and Winery. Los Pinos is one of 135 wineries scattered throughout the state.
Los Pinos not only produces a popular line of wines, the winery is open Fridays and Saturdays from 6:00 p.m. until 12:00 a.m. for fun and visiting. Sneed's wife, Chef Dana, produces an assortment of tapas and other delicacies that compliment both the reds and the whites.
Sneed describes Los Pinos as a destination, a little hard to find, but once found is like finding a pot of gold.
