Blackberry Wine Cake

Recipe from Tara Uhde of Evansville, Ind.

Ingredients:

  • 1 pkg white cake mix
  • Blackberry wine

Directions:

Combine cake mix according to the directions on the box, replacing the water with blackberry wine. Bake according to box directions in a bundt-cake pan.

Glaze:

  • 1 pint blackberrys
  • 2-3 cups powdered sugar

Mash blackberrys and powdered sugar to make a glaze. When cake is cooled, pour glaze over cake and let it run down the sides.
