In The Kitchen: Shrimp Scampi Appetizer

Shrimp Scampi Appetizer

Recipie for Shrimp Scampi-

1 oz melted butter

2 oz white wine

6 pieces of toasted garlic bread

6 whole tail-on shrimp

1/4 cup roma tomatoes

1 tspn diced basil

1 tspn grated parmesan cheese

   Saute shrimp, garlic and butter until shrimp  are golden brown.  Reduce 2/3 in white wine and fold in 1/4 cup of each butter. Pull from heat and fold sauce to a thick consistency. Serve over garlic toast with tomatoes basil and parmesan cheese as a garnish.

 

Recipie for Steak Butter-

2lb. Butter

1 cup Chopped Parsley

1/2 cup Garlic Puree

1 tbsp. Coarse Black Pepper

Combine these items unto a mixing bowl and mix until well combined.

 

Recipie for Lemon Butter

1lb. Margarine

2lb. Butter

1/4 cup Lemon Juice

1/2 cup White Wine

2 tspn. Chopped Garlic

Combine these items into a mixing bowl and beat at a medium speed until a smooth consistency in the batter is formed. Once combined, keep refrigerated until needed.
