Nacogdoches Police Report - 10/29/07

DEADLY CONDUCT: 2900 BLOCK OF SANTA FE PLACE. Two persons were in a disturbance. One known suspect produced a firearm and attempted to run over the other with a vehicle. Warrant requested.

AGGRAVATED ASSAULT: 3400 BLOCK OF EAST MAIN STREET. Complainant first reported that a known suspect had cut her with a knife and broke the window out of a van. The complainant then admitted to having broken out the window, causing the cut.

INTERFERENCE WITH PUBLIC DUTIES: 300 BLOCK OF PHOENIX TERRACE. Suspect was leaving a disturbance and was stopped by officers. During a pat down, the suspect grabbed officer's hand. The suspect was arrested. Phillip Skinner was arrested.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF: 4800 BLOCK OF NORTH STREET. Complainant reported a vehicle scratched with an unknown object.

BURGLARY OF A BUILDING: 3400 BLOCK OF SOUTH STREET. Unknown suspects entered a building and removed three television sets, and some neon signs.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF: 300 BLOCK OF ELLINGTON STREET. Complainant advised that a parked vehicle had been hit with three raw eggs.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF: 1700 BLOCK OF ELIZA STREET. Complainant reported that several suspects approached a residence and kicked the door in. The suspects then left.

CRIMINAL TRESPASS: 600 BLOCK OF TOWER ROAD. Complainant reported that upon returning home, the back door was standing open. No forced entry; nothing taken.

ASSAULT: 200 BLOCK OF MITCHELL STREET. Complainant reported that a known suspect knocked on the door. Upon opening the door, the suspect punched the complainant in the face. Warrant requested.

BURGLARY OF A VEHICLE: 900 BLOCK OF MLK. Complainant reported that a window of a vehicle had been broken out and a stereo taken.
