Man Arrested After Not Rendering Aid

A Lufkin man was taken to the hospital Monday evening after a serious accident.

Miguel Zamora, a 41-year-old, was attempting to make a left turn when he was rear-ended by Wallace Collier, a 39-year-old of Huntington.

The impact caused Zamora's vehicle to flip over, trapping him inside. Rescuers cut him out, and he was taken to a local hospital, treated, and released.

Collier was arrested and charged with failure to stop and render aid at an accident.
