ASSAULT: 3000 BLOCK OF ATKINSON DR. A man reported that he was hit by one co-worker during an argument Monday evening and tackled by a second man. The co-worker said he hit the complainant in self-defense and the other man said he grabbed the complainant to stop the confrontation.
HARASSMENT: 2500 BLOCK OF SOUTH JOHN REDDITT DRIVE. Complainant reported that he is receiving silent phone calls and harassing text messages from a known suspect.
FORGERY/COUNTERFEITING: 2500 BLOCK OF DANIEL MCCALL. A Paris, Texas man reported that someone had made up fake checks using his name and passed them in several stores in Lufkin.
BURGLARY/VEHICLE: 2300 BLOCK OF TULANE. Complainant reported that a backpack style lawn blower was stolen from the back of his pickup Monday.
BURGLARY/VEHICLE: 1400 BLOCK OF NORTH MEDFORD DR. Complainant reported that a metal toolbox and a cordless drill were stolen from his disabled vehicle sometime Sunday night or Monday.
THEFT: 800 BLOCK OF HAYS WOOD. Complainant reported that a 16 foot flatbed trailer was stolen from a construction site Saturday night.
THEFT: 500 BLOCK OF SOUTH JOHN REDDITT. Complainant reported that her cell phone was stolen Monday afternoon.
UNAUTHORIZED USE OF VEHICLE: 200 BLOCK OF HUMASON. Complainant reported that her SUV was stolen sometime Sunday or Monday. The vehicle had been involved in a hit and run and towed to a wrecker service Sunday night.
BURGLARY/VEHICLE: 2500 DANIEL MCCALL. Complainant reported that a CD player and CD's were stolen from her car Monday afternoon.
FELONY THEFT: 3000 BLOCK OF SOUTH JOHN REDDITT DRIVE. Complainant reported that over $1500 worth of scrap metal was stolen from a building demolition site Sunday night.
CRIMINAL MISCHIEF: 400 BLOCK OF BIRCH ST. Complainant reported that the front door of his house was kicked in Friday evening but nothing was taken.
THEFT: 500 BLOCK OF HOMER BL. Complainant reported that she had stayed at a friend's house and the friend now won't give her personal property back. The friend said the woman has already gotten her personal property back.
