Nacogdoches Police Report - 11/07/07

CREDIT CARD ABUSE: 312 WEST MAIN. Unknown suspect used complainant's credit card several times in the United States and in Nacogdoches.

BURGLARY OF A BUILDING: 2800 BLOCK OF GEORGE STREET. Unknown suspects broke out a window and removed two rings and a watch from a residence.

BURGLARY OF A BUILDING: 1100 BLOCK OF HARRIS STREET. The complainant was checking on a vacant home and confronted three suspects burglarizing the building. The suspects fled in the woods, and were located by police after a ground search. The suspects were inside a mobile home at 1000 West Seale. Daniel Toole, Demarcus Washington. And Courtney Wallace were arrested. Officers also recovered the property stolen from the vacant home.

EVADING ARREST: 3400 BLOCK OF NORTH STREET. An officer stopped a vehicle for traffic and the driver fled on foot, across traffic. The vehicle was towed and the investigation is underway.

THEFT: 2800 BLOCK OF OLD LUFKIN ROAD. The complainant reported that two IPods and a Nintendo DS game missing.
