Nacogdoches Police Report - 11/09/07

CRIMINAL TRESPASS: 100 BLOCK OF OAKHILL PLAZA. Officers were called for a person on the property that had been previously issued a criminal trespass warning. Allen ray fountain was arrested.

POSSESSION OF MARIJUANA: 4800 BLOCK OF NORTH STREET. Officer stopped a vehicle for a traffic violation. Officers located a usable amount of suspected marijuana in the vehicle. Sean favor was arrested.

FOUND PROPERTY: 400 BLOCK OF KING STREET. Officer observed a man riding a bicycle. When the man saw the officer, he fled between two houses and abandoned the bicycle. The bike was impounded.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF: 2800 BLOCK OF PEARL STREET. Complainant reported that his vehicle windshield was broken in the parking lot overnight.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF: 100 BLOCK OF MARTHA DRIVE. Complainant reported a window broken out of her home by unknown means.

ASSAULT-UNLAWFUL RESTRAINT: 4700 BLOCK OF UNIVERSITY DRIVE. Complainant reported being assaulted by a known suspect during an argument. Complainant sustained facial bruising. Complainant also reported that the suspect held her against her will after the assault. Mathew Pfromm was arrested on warrants for this incident later in the day.

EVADING ARREST: 3000 BLOCK OF NORTH PECAN. Officer contacted the suspect for suspected drug activity. The suspect was wanted for a felony possession of marijuana warrant and fled from officers on foot. The suspect was found hiding in a closet in an apartment. Dekeithien Powdrill was arrested.

THEFT: 1215 NORTH STREET (KROGER). Three suspects removed two shopping carts of groceries from the store without paying for them. One of the suspects is known and a warrant has been requested.
