Nacogdoches Police Report - 11/19/07

THEFT: 312 WEST MAIN. Complainant came to the police department and reported the theft of a gift card by a known suspect. Warrant requested.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF: 300 BLOCK OF ELLINGTON. Unknown persons cut the seat on complainant's vehicle.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF: 1100 BLOCK OF NORTH UNIVERSITY DRIVE. Complainant reported that a vehicle had been damaged by a sharp object, such as a key, by scratching the paint.

BURGLARY OF A VEHICLE: 300 BLOCK OF WEST COLLEGE. Complainant reported that unknown suspects had entered their unsecured vehicle. Nothing taken.

CREDIT CARD ABUSE: 1000 BLOCK OF NW STALLINGS. Suspect was stopped for a traffic violation and was found to be in possession of two credit cards that were stolen from Houston. Michael Wolff was arrested.

POSSESSION OF  MARIJUANA: 5000 BLOCK OF SOUTH STREET. Officer stopped a vehicle for a traffic. Officer detected the odor of burning marijuana coming from inside the vehicle. A passenger in the vehicle, Brent Durham, was found to be in possession of suspected marijuana and was arrested.

ASSAULT: 400 BLOCK OF RITCHIE STREET. Complainant reported that a known suspect slapped her during an argument.
