Nacogdoches Police Report - 11/20/07

ASSAULT: 2500 DAYBREAK. Complainant reported that a known suspect struck her in the face during a disturbance. Complainant suffered swelling around an eye. Warrant requested.

BURGLARY OF A HABITATION: 2500 BLOCK OF PEARL STREET. Complainant reported that unknown suspects entered a residence through a window and took a TV, 6 sacks of clothes, and a case of liquor.

HIT AND RUN: 900 BLOCK OF MLK. Complainant reported that an unknown vehicle had struck his parked and unattended vehicle and left without providing information.

BURGLARY OF A VEHICLE: 3100 BLOCK OF NORTH STREET. Witnesses observed two suspects entering a vehicle without permission. The suspects were located and arrested. A juvenile male was taken into custody and released to a parent. Another suspect, Mark Moore, resisted when officers attempted to arrest him. He was charged with BMV and resisting arrest.

HIT AND RUN: 4700 BLOCK OF NORTH UNIVERSITY DRIVE. Unknown suspect struck complainant's vehicle and left without giving information.

ASSAULT: 100 BLOCK OF ELM STREET. Complainant reported that a family member slapped her in the face. No charges were filed.

ASSAULT: 100 BLOCK OF WEST SEALE. During a disturbance, the victim was pulled out of a vehicle and onto the ground. Complaint was signed in municipal court.

EVADING ARREST: 1600 BLOCK OF POWERS STREET. Andrea Morris fled on foot after an officer attempted to contact him. He was captured and arrested.

ASSAULT: 1300 BLOCK OF PRUITT HILL. Suspect assaulted a family member during a disturbance. No serious injury. Corey Mcallister was arrested.

AGGRAVATED ASSAULT: OLD LUFKIN ROAD. During a family disturbance, a female juvenile threatened her mother with a knife. No injuries. The juvenile was transported to Longview detention center
