The one year anniversary of the apparent strangulation death of Tina Eubanks, a Nacogdoches woman, is fast approaching. The deceased woman's husband, Tim Eubanks was scheduled to stand trial for her murder on December 3rd. The proceedings have been postponed a second time.

Eubanks remains in the Nacogdoches County Jail. A gag order makes it difficult to confirm the reason for the delay. On December 13th Tina Eubanks, the mother of five children was found dead in the couple's bedroom. Three of the children were bound with duct tape. The others were at school. Eubanks is also accused of sexually assaulting a step child. Eubanks was found the next day near Chireno. He required treatment for a drug overdose.
