Nacogdoches Police Report - 11/29/07

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF: 200 BLOCK OF LANANA STREET-OAK GROVE CEMETERY. A double monument was pushed over, possibly with a vehicle.

CRIMINAL TRESPASS: OAKHILL PLAZA. Suspect had a previous criminal trespass warning from Oakhill plaza and was observed on the premises by security. Edward Matthews was arrested.

THEFT: 400 BLOCK OF OAKHILL PLAZA. Suspect went to a residence and took a television to settle a debt. Jessica Jasso was arrested.

ASSAULT-INTERFERRENCE WITH EMERGENCY CALL: 2800 BLOCK OF PEARL. Complainant and the suspect were involved in a disturbance. The suspect pulled the complainant's hair and pulled the telephone cord out of the wall when complainant attempted to call the police. James Aaron Byrd was arrested.

THEFT: 200 BLOCK OF BEALL STREET. Complainant reported that his registration sticker from his vehicle was stolen. It was located on the suspect's vehicle and Louis Charles Skinner was arrested.

BURGLARY OF A HABITATION: 4100 NORTH STREET. Two people were involved in a disturbance. One person went outside the residence and was locked out. The suspect then forced entry to get back into the residence. No injuries, and complainant does not wish to file charges.
