Cowboys Hold Off Packers

by Ryan Peterson

What looked like a blowout in the first half, turned into a tight finish.  The Dallas Cowboys built a 27 to 10 second quarter lead and knocked Green Bay quarterback Brett Favre out of the game.  Favre injured his throwing arm after throwing his second interception of the game.

Back up quarterback Aaron Rodgers led a Packers comeback with two touchdown passes.  Tony Romo put the game away late in the fourth quarter, with his fourth touchdown pass of the night.  Dallas would win 37 to 27.

Terrell Owens had a huge game with seven catches for 157 yards and a touchdown.
