Nacogdoches Police Report - 12/5/07

ASSAULT: 900 BLOCK OF SOUTH FREDONIA. Complainant reported that during a disturbance, a known suspect hit her several times in the face. Suspect gone on arrival; complainant does not wish to file charges.

CREDIT CARD ABUSE: 2300 BLOCK OF NORTH STREET. Complainant reported the unauthorized use of a credit card in Maryland.

FORGERY: 1404 NORTH STREET-CVS PHARMACY. The suspect was arrested while attempting to pass a forged prescription. Kathy wood was arrested.

CRUELTY TO ANIMALS: 2100 BLOCK OF RAILROAD STREET. Officers were called where three dogs were tied behind an abandoned house. Animal Control took possession of the dogs.

BURGLARY OF A HABITATION: 200 BLOCK OF EAST LAKEWOOD. Complainant reported that unknown suspect entered through a window and took electronics and a comforter form the residence.

CREDIT CARD ABUSE: 1000 BLOCK OF EAST MAIN. Unknown suspect used complainant's credit card to make unauthorized purchases.

DEATH OF A PERSON: 300 BLOCK OF WEST SEALE. A person did not report for work. On a welfare concern, officers entered the residence through a window and found the man deceased. The victim was in failed health, and no signs of foul play were apparent.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF: 2300 BLOCK OF ELIZABETH. Complainant returned home to find a door open on the residence. Nothing appeared to be missing.

THEFT: 500 BLOCK OF MOCKINGBIRD. Complainant reported two rings missing from the residence. The theft occurred last month.

HIT AND RUN: 100 BLOCK OF NORTH STALLINGS DRIVE. Complainant stated that an older white male driving a black car struck her vehicle and left the scene without giving information.

BURGLARY OF A HABITATION: 3200 BLOCK OF PEARL STREET. Complainant stated that entry was made through a sliding glass door. The suspect then went upstairs and took a laptop computer from the residence.

DWI: 3800 BLOCK OF NORTH STREET. Suspect was driving behind Northview Plaza and was involved in an accident with the loading dock of sears. The suspect was taken to the hospital for injuries and officers suspected him of being intoxicated. A warrant will be requested.

ASSAULT: 1600 BLOCK OF CARDINAL. During a disturbance, a known suspect pushed a female victim. The complainant did not wish to file charges, but Fredrick Young was arrested on an out of county warrant.

ROBBERY: 3225 SOUTH STREET (CHEVRON). An unknown white male wearing a black hoodie entered the store and demanded the money. The clerk gave the robber an undetermined amount of cash and the suspect exited and went behind the store in an unknown direction. Case under investigation.
