1 cup diced mango
1 cup shredded Jicama root
1 cup shredded Bartlett pear
1 cup shredded carrots
1/3 cup Craisins
1 1/2 tbsp. finely chopped orange zest
1/3 cup OJ
1 tbsp. rice wine vinegar
2 oz. honey
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
pinch of cinnamon
1/3 cup sliced or slivered almonds
Combine first five ingredients and toss. Whisk remainder of ingredients together and pour over shredded ingredients. Toss to coat....serve chilled.
