Woman Pleads Guilty

When you're caught in a lie, the best thing to do is to admit it. That's the advice a woman took after she was caught lying in a murder trial last year. Monday,  Rosie King pleaded guilty to perjury. King was a key witness. The defendant, David Redden, 64,  claimed he shot Paul Wheeles, 52, in self defense after he was sprayed with pepper spray. King told the jury she didn't know pepper spray was used. But a legal aide for the defense remembered a police video that showed her 'throwing out' the evidence. Tuesday, a jury will begin deciding King's punishment. She could receive two to twenty years in prison.
