Nacogdoches Police Report - 12/17/07

THEFT: 200 BLOCK OF MACKECHNEY. Complainant reported that a known suspect had stolen bed sheets, dishware and clothing from a residence.

BURGLARY OF A VEHICLE: 200 BLOCK OF CRESTWOOD. Complainant reported that a Motorola Razer phone was removed from an unsecured vehicle.

DWI: 5000 BLOCK OF SOUTH STREET. Vehicle was reported as a reckless driver. The vehicle was stopped and the driver was suspected of being intoxicated. Michael Lynch was arrested.

FORGERY: 4810 NORTH STREET-WAL MART. A male suspect attempted to pay for goods with a counterfeit $100.00 bill. When employees became suspicious, the suspect fled the store. The bill was recovered.

BURGLARY OF A VEHICLE: 200 BLOCK OF WEST SEALE. Complainant reported a purse stolen from the trunk of a car. The purse contained identifying information and prescription medication.

BURGLARY OF A VEHICLE: 3000 CENTER HIGHWAY. Complainant's vehicle had a window broken out and a purse gone through. Missing was a wallet containing a small amount of cash, identifying information, and a pack of cigarettes.

UNAUTHORIZED USE OF A VEHICLE: 1600 BLOCK OF CARDINAL. Complainant reported that a known suspect had taken a 2003 Jeep Liberty without consent. Officers located the vehicle driving on South Street and stopped it. The driver, Paul Dudley, was arrested.

POSSESSION OF A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE: 200 BLOCK OF EAST SPRADLEY. Suspects were contacted on a traffic stop. Both were found to be in possession of powder cocaine. Eric Juarez and Ismael Ramirez were arrested.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF: 500 BLOCK OF VIRGINIA AVENUE. Complainant reported that unknown suspect had broken two windows of the residence with a rock.
