Nacogdoches Police Report - 1/7/08

BURGLARY OF A VEHICLE: 3200 BLOCK OF NORTH STREET. Unknown suspects entered an unsecured vehicle and removed the title of the vehicle.

ASSAULT: 200 BLOCK OF EAST LAKEWOOD. Two roommates got into an argument and pushed each other. No charges were filed.

BURGLARY OF A HABITATION: 4900 BLOCK OF OLD LUFKIN ROAD. Suspects forcibly entered a residence through a window and stole and Xbox 360, a Casio ex2100 camera, and a game.

ASSAULT: 2700 BLOCK OF NORTH STREET. Complainant was assaulted by a known suspect by being struck with a coffee pot. Warrant requested-no serious injury.

BURGLARY OF A VEHICLE: A vehicle was forcibly entered and the suspects attempted to pry a stereo system from the dash. Damaged was a window, the dash, a door, and the stereo.

DOG BITE: 200 BLOCK OF MARILYN. Complainant was walking down the street when approached by several dogs. One of the dogs bit the complainant on the leg. The owner was contacted and case referred to animal control.

ASSAULT: 2500 BLOCK OF DAYBREAK. Two individuals began arguing over a vehicle and threatened each other. No charges were filed.

BURGLARY OF A VEHICLE: 300 BLOCK OF MYRTLE. A canon digital camera was removed from a vehicle that was parked.

BURGLARY OF A BUILDING: 1000 BLOCK OF HARRIS STREET. Two suspects were observed taking items from a storage building. A quilt rack and some misc. Items were missing. Complainant wishes to file-case under investigation.
