Nacogdoches Police Report - 1/14/08

DWI: 100 BLOCK OF HUGHES STREET. Suspect was observed passed out behind the wheel of a vehicle. Suspect was contacted and suspected of being intoxicated. William Roher was arrested.

HIT AND RUN: 2700 BLOCK OF SOUTH STREET. A suspect struck a sign and left the scene on foot. The vehicle was seized, and the investigation continues.

THEFT: 4800 BLOCK OF NORTHWEST STALLINGS DRIVE. Complainant stated that a known suspect possibly took a small amount of cash from a business without permission. Investigation underway.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF: 600 BLOCK OF MR. HENRY. Complainant reported that an unknown suspect spray painted a vehicle that was parked on the roadway.

POSSESSION OF MARIJUANA-POSSESSION OF A DANGEROUS DRUG-POSSESSION OF A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE: 1100 BLOCK OF SHAWNEE STREET. Officers responded to a suspicious vehicle call. Officers found the driver to have a suspended license. A passenger, Justin Mcmutry was found in possession of suspected marijuana. Phillip Horton was found in possession of prescription medication and suspected crack cocaine. Both were arrested.

AGGRAVATED ROBBERY: 2100 BLOCK OF PEARL. Complainant was approached in a parking lot by a black male suspect. The suspect threatened the complainant with a handgun and demanded money. The suspect fled with a small amount of cash.

AGGRAVATED ROBBERY: 200 BLOCK OF OLD TYLER ROAD. The victim was approached in a parking lot by a Hispanic male and a white male. The white male suspect threatened the victim with a sharp instrument. The suspects removed the victim's wallet and fled in a silver car.

BURGLARY OF A HABITATION: 2100 BLOCK OF BANITA. Suspect kicked in a door to gain entry. Approximately 30 DVD's, a surround sound, and a dell laptop was taken.

THEFT: 4800 BLOCK OF NORTH STREET. A tool box containing a large amount of tools was taken from a truck that was parked in a parking lot.

DWI: 3800 BLOCK OF NORTH STREET. Suspect was stopped on a traffic violation. The driver was suspected of being intoxicated. Matthew Endendy was arrested.
