St. Louis Rib Factory Rub

Equal Parts:

Kosher Salt, Coarse Ground Black Pepper, Onion Powder, Granulated Garlic, Cumin, Chile Powder, Celery Salt.

Rub onto ribs, making sure to coat both sides. Be careful to not use too much rub (only enough to cover surface in thin layer) otherwise your ribs will be crunchy. You can use a smoker with mesquite wood or cook in the oven.  Follow cooking directions for your meat, however, do not cook until meat breaks. It should be cooked thoroughly but not break apart when bent.
