CRIMINAL MISCHIEF: 1800 BLOCK OF NORTH STREET. Complainant reported a window broken out of his parked vehicle.
THEFT: 1600 BLOCK OF CARDINAL. Officers located some signs that were stolen from a delivery vehicle inside the apartment. Warrant requested for the theft suspect.
CREDIT CARD ABUSE: 312 WEST MAIN STREET. Complainant reported the use of his debit card without permission.
BURGLARY OF A HABITATION: 2600 BLOCK OF NORTH UNIVERSITY DRIVE. Complainant returned home to find his apartment door open. Missing was a plasma TV, a computer, a CD player, and a DVD player.
BURGLARY OF A BUILDING: 500 BLOCK OF NORTH STREET. Complainant reported that entry was made by forcing open a door. Reported missing was a credit card, a one and two dollar bill in frames, and a watermelon jar with loose change.
THEFT: 400 BLOCK OF RITCHIE STREET. Complainant reported that an evicted tenant moved from a residence and took a refrigerator that did not belong to them.
POSSESSION OF MARIJUANA: 1000 BLOCK OF DURST STREET. Officers were assisting probation officers is serving a warrant. When officers knocked, they were invited inside and observed suspected marijuana in plain view. Joshua Peacock, Stelly Miles, and Kyle Roan were arrested.
FRAUDULENT USE OF IDENTIFYING INFORMATION: 4800 BLOCK OF NORTH EAST STALLINGS DRIVE. Suspect produced a fake Texas ID card and social security card to obtain employment. Omar Ochoa was arrested.
HINDERING APPREHENSION: 2700 BLOCK OF ELIZABETH. Suspect provided false information to officers in an attempt to hinder the apprehension of a wanted suspect. Anthony Garner was arrested.
AGGRAVATED ASSAULT: 1800 BLOCK OF ELIZA STREET. Officers reported to a report of a large fight. Crowd was uncooperative. Later, a victim presented at memorial hospital with a dislocated shoulder. Another came to the hospital with a cut on his left arm. Both were from the Eliza Street incident. Both victims knew the suspects and warrants have been requested.
THEFT: 3200 BLOCK OF CHIMNEYROCK. Complainant reported that two checks had been stolen and cashed without permission.
IDENTITY THEFT: 900 BLOCK OF MLK. Complainant reported that an unknown suspect was using their identifying information to gain employment.
