Nacogdoches Police Report - 1/16/08

BURGLARY OF A HABITATION: 200 BLOCK OF WEST AUSTIN. Complainant reported that while out of town, unknown person(s) forced open a door and took a 32" flat screen TV and remote.

CREDIT CARD ABUSE: 300 BLOCK OF WEST MAIN. Complainant came to the police station to report that a credit card had been used without authorization to make purchases in Georgia.

THEFT: 3500 BLOCK OF NORTH STREET. Complainant reported that a known suspect had purchased some items with a check on a closed account. Warrant requested.

CREDIT CARD ABUSE: 2600 BLOCK OF NORTH STREET. Complainant reported the unauthorized use of a debit card in California.

THEFT: 200 BLOCK OF KENT STREET. Complainant reported that unknown persons stole a white BMX bike with a red seat from behind a residence.

BURGLARY OF A VEHICLE: 400 BLOCK OF NORTH FREDONIA STREET. Witnesses observed a suspect going through a vehicle that was parked. The suspect was gone on arrival of officers, but two vehicles had been gone through. Nothing was taken or damaged.

BURGLARY OF A VEHICLE: 300 BLOCK OF EAST PILAR STREET. Witnesses observed a suspect remove some speakers and tools from a vehicle. The suspect fled on foot, and was captured in the 200 block of South Street. Julian Robinson was arrested.

BURGLARY OF A VEHICLE: 4800 BLOCK OF NORTH STREET. Complainant's unsecured vehicle was entered and a Kenwood CD player was stolen.

FORGERY: 4800 BLOCK OF NORTH STREET. Suspect attempted to cash a forged check with a fake identification card. Nayeli Barahona was arrested.

BURGLARY OF A HABITATION: 900 BLOCK OF JACK LOCK. Complainant reported that unknown suspects entered a residence and removed a wallet containing a small amount of cash and credit cards.

ASSAULT: 600 BLOCK OF OAKHILL PLAZA. A known suspect struck a female in the face during a disturbance. No injuries, case filed in municipal court.
