Downtown Soul Food Chicken Spaghetti

Phillip Perkins of the "Downtown Soul Food Cafe" believes that food becomes "Soul Food" when you put your heart into cooking and give it your own touch.

For chicken spaghetti, the amount of spicy kick is up to you:

Take 1 lb. spaghetti cooked, drained.

Boil diced fresh onions and bell peppers until tender, mix with noodles.

Add 16 oz of cream of chicken soup

Add chicken seasoning (bouillon) to taste

Add 16 oz of chicken (diced)

Heat in oven at 350 degrees until warm, sprinkle with shredded cheese.

Feeds 8-10 people.
