Nacogdoches Police Report - 1/28/08

POSSESSION OF MARIJUANA: 1600 BLOCK OF CARDINAL. Officers contacted a suspicious person. The suspect threw down a bag of suspected marijuana. William Grabowski was arrested.

BURGLARY OF A VEHICLE: 1400 BLOCK OF NORTH STREET. Unknown suspect entered an unsecured vehicle and removed a wallet containing cash and identifying information.

ASSAULT: 4100 BLOCK OF NORTH STREET. Suspect struck the complainant in the face with his hand during a disturbance. Mark Skinner was arrested.

HIT AND RUN: 600 BLOCK OF PRICE STREET. Unknown vehicle struck complainant's parked vehicle and left without giving information.

HIT AND RUN: 1500 BLOCK OF EAST STARR. Complainant's vehicle was struck on the rear bumper and fled without giving information.

BURGLARY OF A HABITATION: 1000 BLOCK OF WEST SEALE. The complainant reported seeing an unknown suspect run out of his residence while he watching television. No one else was supposed to be in the residence at the time.

BURGLARY OF A VEHICLE: 1200 BLOCK OF DOUGLASS ROAD. Complainant reported a razor telephone and a camera stolen from an unsecured vehicle during a disturbance.

FOUND PROPERTY: 1600 BLOCK OF PEARL. A 15" Roadmaster bicycle was recovered from a front yard.

FOUND PROPERTY: 3600 BLOCK OF PEBBLE CREEK. A blue Huffy bicycle was found abandoned.
