Lufkin Police Report - 2/05/08

BURGLARY/BUILDING: 300 BLOCK OF SOUTH TIMBERLAND DRIVE. Officers responding to an active burglary alarm around 2:15am Tuesday found that a brick had been thrown through the drive-thru window.  It appeared the suspect reached inside and stole $5 cash.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF: 900 BLOCK OF WALKER LOOP. Complainant reported that his ex-girlfriend broke out a door window and the windshield on his car and flattened one tire on the car early Tuesday morning.  When the reporting police officer called the suspect she said she did it because the complainant was now with another woman.

BURGLARY/HABITATION: 2100 BLOCK OF JUDSON STREET. Complainant reported that her home was broken into Monday morning.  She didn't notice anything missing at the time of the report.

THEFT/B: 2500 BLOCK OF DANIEL MCCALL. Complainant reported that two CB radio antennae were stolen from his truck Monday.

THEFT: 100 BLOCK OF SUMMERSET DRIVE. Complainant reported that a check left in her mailbox to be mailed out was stolen Monday afternoon. 

BURGLARY/HABITATION: 100 BLOCK OF PAYTON. Complainant reported that his home was broken into Monday morning and several pieces of jewelry were stolen.

THEFT: 100 BLOCK OF PALMETTO. Complainant reported that a substantial amount of cash was missing from his home after a relative visited.

BURGLARY/HABITATION: 600 BLOCK OF CALVIN. Complainant reported that his home was broken into Monday and a jar of change and some jewelry was stolen.  

BURGLARY/VEHICLE: 300 BLOCK OF SOUTH MEDFORD DRIVE. Complainant reported that some tools were stolen from a pickup tool box over the weekend.

BURGLARY/HABITATION: 1000 BLOCK OF COLUMBUS STREET. Complainant reported that her home was broken into over the weekend and some jewelry items were stolen.
