Nacogdoches Police Report - 2/05/08

AGGRAVATED ASSAULT: 3200 BLOCK OF NORTH STREET. Complainant reported that two juveniles were making noise outside an apartment. The victim contacted the juveniles and one produced a handgun and threatened the complainant. All suspects were gone on officers arrival.

FAILURE TO IDENTIFY: 3200 BLOCK OF NORTH STREET. Officers contacted the suspect who was creating a disturbance in the parking lot. The suspect gave officers a false name. Heather Yarbrough was arrested.

FURNISHING ALCOHOL TO A MINOR: 200 BLOCK OF WETTERMARK. Officers responded to a noise complaint. Officers found minors to be in possession of alcohol, and 16 citations were issued. Cody Moore and Christopher Gurka were arrested for furnishing alcohol to a minor.

HARASSMENT: 2000 BLOCK OF RAILROAD. Complainant reported that two known suspects have called and threatened him. Suspects are in Houston, Texas. Warrants requested.

BURGLARY OF A HABITATION: 600 BLOCK OF HAYWARD. Complainant reported that unknown suspects entered the residence and stole a pair of boots, several CD's, and a small amount of cash.

HIT AND RUN: 100 BLOCK OF WEDGEWOOD. Complainant reported that a black male driving a tan Cadillac struck his vehicle and left the scene without giving any information.

CRIMINAL TRESPASS: 1400 BLOCK OF HARRIS STREET. After being given a criminal trespass warning, a suspect was observed by a witness on the forbidden property. Warrant requested.

THEFT: 1600 BLOCK OF PARK STREET. Complainant reported that unknown suspects removed DeWalt brand saws, hand tools, a ladder, several extension cords, a Troy built generator. Some Milwaukee tools were taken.

FORGERY: 1300 BLOCK OF SOUTH STREET. Complainant reported receiving a counterfeit $50.00 bill in the receipts.

CREDIT CARD ABUSE: 1100 BLOCK OF NORTH STREET. Complainant reported the theft of credit cards from a wallet. The credit cards were then used to make unauthorized purchases.

THEFT: 1600 BLOCK OF PARK STREET. Complainant reported the theft of 36 rolls of felt paper from a construction site, also stolen was 20 pieces of hardy plank. A grey truck with a blue camper is a suspect vehicle.
