Nacogdoches Police Report - 2/11/08

BURGLARY OF A HABITATION: 4500 BLOCK OF RIDGEBROOK. Unknown suspect entered a residence and took a necklace and a pair of earrings. Nothing else taken.

HIT AND RUN: 3300 BLOCK OF APPLEBY SAND ROAD. Complainant reported that an elderly gentleman in a grey Ford or Mercury struck his vehicle and left the scene without giving information.

ASSAULT: 700 BLOCK OF WILLOW OAK. Complainant reported that he had been assaulted by a known suspect by being pushed to the ground. It was determined to be a family dispute, no injuries and no charges filed.

ASSAULT: 100 BLOCK OF OLD LINE DRIVE. Complainant reported being assaulted by a known female by scratching and hitting. No serious injuries and complainant did not wish to file charges.

ASSAULT: 1300 BLOCK OF SPOKANE. Two sisters became involved in a disturbance and one pulled the other's hair. No charges filed.

BURGLARY OF A HABITATION: 400 BLOCK OF TOWNSEND AVENUE. Complainant reported that unknown suspects broke a window in a home and removed some cash. Other items were gone through as well.

FAILURE TO IDENTIFY: 3800 BLOCK OF RAGUET STREET. Suspect was stopped for running a stop sign. The driver and two passengers all gave officers false names. Brittnay Fowler, Gary Cason, and Dondrea Johnson were arrested.

HIT AND RUN: 1600 BLOCK OF CARDINAL. Complainant reported that unknown suspect had struck his vehicle causing hood damage.
