A Nacogdoches jury has sentenced 21 year old Antonio Martinez to at least 25 years in prison.
Martinez plead guilty Monday to three counts of racing, intoxicated manslaughter, and escape.
Three young men, including Martinez' cousin were killed in the accident on North Street back in 2006.
Martinez was sentenced to three years for one racing offense and five years for the other two.
He will also serve ten years and two 20 year sentences for intoxicated manslaughter, and an 8 year sentence for escape.
The judge stacked the intoxicated manslaughter charges, while the racing and escape sentences will run concurrently.
Martinez will serve 50 years, but will be eligible for parole in 25 years.
