Lufkin Police Report - 2/19/08

THEFT: 1500 BLOCK OF CHERRY HILL. Complainant reported that her bull mastiff dog was stolen from a pen in her backyard Sunday evening.

THEFT/B: 700 BLOCK OF MARKUS STREET. Complainant reported that some cash was missing from his home after he let two known suspects in to use the phone and restroom early Tuesday morning.

BURGLARY/BUILDING: 900 BLOCK OF EAST DENMAN. Complainant reported that two offices at the gymnasium were broken into over the weekend.  Two cell phones, a computer and miscellaneous items were reported stolen.

THEFT/A: 4600 BLOCK OF SOUTH MEDFORD DRIVE. Complainant reported two display racks of earrings were stolen from a kiosk in the mall Sunday night.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF: 100 BLOCK OF NORTH BYNUM. Complainant reported that a rock was thrown through the window of a business Sunday afternoon or Sunday night.

BURGLARY: 200 BLOCK OF HUMMINGBIRD. Complainant reported that a set of four tires and rims were stolen from a residential storage room sometime Sunday night.  The complainant reported that his vehicle was scratched up by a sharp object during that same time frame while it was parked in the driveway.
