VALLEY RANCH, TX (KLTV) - Kelli McGonagill Finglass has been the director of the Dallas Cowboy Cheerleaders for the past 17 years.  Finglass, a graduate of Lindale High School and TCU, was first a cheerleader for the group for five years, then an assistant director and then made director in 1991.  Her innovations have taken the DCC to new heights by making it a profit center and initiating the Cheerleader Calender, the DCC Show Group, Camp DCC, Cheers To Fitness, and the annual Drill Team and Cheerleading Competition.

Finglass is also Executive Director of CMT's hit show:Making The Team.  While the Dallas Cowboy Cheerleaders are a profitable group, 75 percent of their time is spent in pullic service. The group ha gone on over sixty USO tours and visit hospitals and nursing homes constantly. Finglass attributes much of her success to her Lindale roots and experience as Drum Major of the Lindale High School Band.
