Nacogdoches Police Report - 2/25/08

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF: 2000 BLOCK OF PEARL STREET. Complainant reported that an unknown suspect keyed his car, broke the windshield wipers, and cut the tires on a parked vehicle.

BURGLARY OF A VEHICLE: 500 BLOCK OF TANGLEBERRY.  Unknown suspect broke out the rear window of a parked vehicle.

ASSAULT: 200 BLOCK OF EAST SPRADLEY. Complainant was involved in a domestic disturbance. The suspect slammed the victim against a wall. James Beall was arrested.

FORGERY: 4800 BLOCK OF NORTH STREET. Complainant reported that three checks from a stolen checkbook had been passed on his account.

BURGLARY OF A VEHICLE: 1400 BLOCK OF MARTINSVILLE. Complainant surprised two suspects burglarizing his vehicle. The suspects fled, and a backpack was taken. Investigation underway.

ASSAULT: 2100 BLOCK OF BANITA STREET. During a disturbance, one roommate hit another in the mouth. Complainant did not wish to file charges.

INTERFERENCE WITH 9-1-1- CALL: 3100 BLOCK OF E. CAMPBELL. During a disturbance, a known suspect destroyed the telephone when the complainant tried to call 9-1-1. Warrant has been requested.

HIT AND RUN: 2400 BLOCK OF NORTH STREET. Complainant's vehicle was struck by another in the parking lot which left the scene. Officers located the suspect vehicle and identified the suspect. A warrant has been requested.
