Lufkin Police Report - 2/26/08

THEFT/B: 3500 BLOCK OF S FIRST. Complainant reported that cash was stolen from her purse Monday afternoon.

THEFT/B: 200 BLOCK OF TEXAS. Complainant reported that a DVD player was stolen from his home Sunday or Monday. Complainant suspects a family member.

CARD ABUSE: 3500 BLOCK OF S FIRST ST. Complainant reported that an unknown person has made several unauthorized transactions on his debit card.

BURGLARY/BUILDING: 900 BLOCK OF N TIMBERLAND. Complainant reported that a storage building was broken into over the weekend and some tools, a trimmer, a lawn mower and a shop vac were stolen.

BURGLARY/VEHICLE: 400 BLOCK OF N TIMBERLAND DR. Complainant reported that someone entered her delivery vehicle Monday morning and stole two bags of clothing and personal items, several cartons of toys and candy and a laptop computer.

BURGLARY/BUILDING: 3600 BLOCK OF ELLEN TROUT DR. Complainant reported that several vehicles and a storage building were broken into over the weekend and two chainsaws and several car stereo components were stolen.

BURGLARY/HABITATION: 700 BLOCK OF CLARK ST. Complainant reported that two men came to his home and assaulted him Sunday afternoon.  The complainant was not injured.

THEFT/B: 200 BLOCK OF S TIMBERLAND. Complainant reported that her wallet was missing after a trip to a restaurant Sunday evening.  Complainant believes she dropped her wallet and someone took it.
