Half of the Apple Springs starting line up will play college football. An impressive feet, as the six man Eagles are sending three seniors to Texas College in Tyler.
Alexander Jones, Desmond Dixon and McCall Hamilton will return to eleven man football together.
"Playing six man football is different from eleven man," Dixon says. "You've got to have a lot of speed. Thing thing is we're just glad to make it out of here and will make the best of it."
Jones is expected to play on the line and maybe fullback. Dixon will play defensive back. Hamilton plans on playing receiver.
It's the largest signing class out of Apple Springs since 2000.
