The Dairy Queen #3 on 301 N. John Redditt got 24 demerits. Employees need food handlers certification. There was improper food temperatures in the food prep area. Unclean floor cooler, freezer, and grill areas. And household insecticide needed to be removed.

Chen's China Inn, on 302 S. Timberland Drive received 13 demerits. Dirty floors underneath equipment area. A household rice cooker needed to be removed and the scoop handle needs to be stored separate from food items.

Zest-E-Burger, on West Frank Street received 8 demerits. There was unclean floor around equipment areas. The mop sink must be covered or protected.

Congratulations to Tokyo Japanese Steak and Seafood for receiving zero demerits.
