Nacogdoches Police Report - 3/3/08

POSSESSION OF MARIJUANA: 3200 BLOCK OF NORTH STREET. Officers working security at an apartment complex smelled the odor of burning marijuana coming from an apartment. Officers contacted resident Ladonna Deckard and located suspected marijuana on her person. She was arrested and officers located more suspected marijuana inside the apartment.

AGGRAVATED ROBBERY: 3228 NORTH STREET (CHEVRON). At 1:10 am this morning, officers were called to the aforementioned location for an aggravated robbery. A black male suspect entered the store and threatened the clerk, indicating that he had a gun. The suspect then took an undetermined amount of cash and fled the store.

ASSAULT: 2300 BLOCK OF PEARL STREET. Complainant reported being pushed by a family member during a disturbance. No charges were filed.

THEFT: 1100 BLOCK OF VIRGINIA AVENUE. Complainant reported the theft of some cash and a debit card from a purse while sleeping on a couch.  The complainant was a visitor and several persons were in and out of the residence.

THEFT: 1800 BLOCK OF SOUTH STREET. Complainant reported losing a wallet while out riding a bicycle. The wallet contained some cash and identifying information.

ASSAULT: 900 BLOCK OF HACKBERRY. Complainant reported being scratched by a known suspect during a disturbance. Complainant does not wish to file charges.

CRIMINAL TRESPASS: 200 BLOCK OF EAST LAKEWOOD. Complainant reported the back window on a residence broken and some items gone through. Nothing reported missing.
