Lufkin Police Report - 3/4/08

BURGLARY: 700 BLOCK OF ATKINSON DR. Complainant reported that his car lot office building was broken into and the keys to several cars, some car stereo equipment and a 2000 Ford pickup had been stolen.  The pickup was recovered before it was reported which had led officers to discover this burglary and call the owner.

THEFT: 4600 BLOCK OF S MEDFORD. Complainant reported that she left her cell phone in the restroom at the mall Saturday and it was gone when she returned for it a short time later.

THEFT: 1700 BLOCK OF W FRANK AV. Complainant reported that a transmission jack had been stolen from his auto repair business last week.

THEFT/B: 3100 BLOCK OF NERREN ST. Complainant reported that she ordered a cell phone that she never received.  When she called to check on it, the phone had been activated by someone else and was being used.

BURGLARY: 300 BLOCK OF MEDFORD. Complainant reported that stereo equipment was stolen from his unlocked car last Friday.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF: 300 BLOCK OF MEDFORD. Complainant reported that a bedcover was pulled from the bed of his pickup on Friday, damaging the bedrails on the truck.

THEFT: 3000 BLOCK OF JOHN REDDITT DR. Complainant reported that he believes he left his cell phone in a restaurant last Friday and it was missing when he went back for it.

THEFT/B: 800 BLOCK OF NORTH. Complainant reported that several prescription medications were stolen from her home last Friday.
