TAMPERING WITH A GOVERNMENTAL DOCUMENT: 217 WEST HOSPITAL (NACOGDOCHES MUNICIPAL COURT). Suspect falsified a court document regarding having insurance when the suspect in fact did not.
ASSAULT: 200 BLOCK OF EAST LAKEWOOD. Two individuals were involved in a disturbance. A known suspect assaulted a female by striking her in the face. The suspect fled out a window when officers arrived. Warrant requested.
ASSAULT ON A PEACE OFFICER- ATTEMPTING TO TAKE WEAPON FROM A PEACE OFFICER-RESISTING ARREST: 4817 NW STALLINGS DRIVE (KINFOLKS). A constable was inside the restaurant with family members. A suspect identified as Elmer Woodard entered and began a disturbance with staff. The suspect saw the constable's car and demanded to know who he was. When he identified himself, the suspect came over and began arguing with him. NPD was called for assistance. Once officers arrived, a fight began and the suspect attempted to take one officer's weapon. The constable received an injury to his hand. The suspect was arrested.
CRIMINAL MISCHIEF: 300 BLOCK OF COOPER STREET. Complainant reported that unknown suspects cut a tire on his vehicle.
BURGLARY OF A BUILDING: 4300 BLOCK OF NORTH STREET. A black motorcycle was reported stolen from a building.
AGGRAVATED ROBBERY: 3300 BLOCK OF NORTH PECAN. Complainant reported being approached by a black male suspect and threatened with a knife. The suspect demanded money and the victim gave the suspect an undetermined amount of cash.
FALSE REPORT TO A PEACE OFFICER: 2800 BLOCK OF PEARL STREET. Complainant reported that a known suspect had hit her in the face. Complainant then stated that the accusation was false. Debra Lilly was arrested.
HARASSMENT: 1300 BLOCK OF MARK STREET. Complainant states that a known suspect continues to call a residence after being told not to do so.
BURGLARY OF A VEHICLE: 900 BLOCK OF MARTIN LUTHER KING. Suspects broke windows on six vehicles taking stereo systems and one wallet.
FELON IN POSSESSION OF A FIREARM-POSSESSION OF A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE: 2800 BLOCK OF PEARL. Officers answered a drug complaint. Upon arrival, officers could smell a strong odor of burning marijuana coming from inside an apartment. Officers located a suspect hiding in a closet. Inside the closet was a medicine bottle containing suspected codeine and a .22 cal. pistol. Ramon Fletcher was arrested.
