Nacogdoches Police Report - 3/17/08

THEFT: 4800 BLOCK OF NORTH STREET. Complainant reported the theft of a cell phone. The phone was a Razr by Motorola.

BURGLARY OF A HABITATION: 4300 BLOCK OF OLD TYTLER ROAD. Complainant reported that unknown suspects had entered her apartment and removed a purse, Casio camera, IPod, and Dirt Devil vacuum. Point of entry unknown.

FAILURE TO IDENTIFY: 4900 BLOCK OF OLD LUFKIN ROAD. Complainant disregarded a road closed sign and gave officers a false name. Canada Moises was arrested.

DWI: 1500 BLOCK OF DOLPH STREET. Suspect drove into an apartment complex where he had been given a criminal trespass warning. The suspect was suspected of being intoxicated and was arrested. Billy Shears is the suspect.

FAILURE TO IDENTIFY: 1100 BLOCK OF SOUTH UNIVERSITY DRIVE. Ronisha Patton was stopped on traffic and gave officers  a false name. She was arrested.

DWLI: 1200 BLOCK OF WEST AUSTIN. Reginald Flemon was stopped and found to have a suspended DL. He was arrested.

EVADING ARREST: 600 BLOCK OF OAKHILL PLAZA. Officer attempted to contact a suspect for suspicious activity. The suspect fled and was captured. Michael Tutt was arrested.

AGGRAVATED ASSAULT: 2700 BLOCK OF GEORGE. The suspect struck a 16 year old juvenile male in the forehead with a pair of pliers during a disturbance. The male suspect was transported to the hospital for treatment and the suspect, Neiva Jimenez, was arrested.

THEFT: 1300 BLOCK OF SOUTH STREET. Officers responded where two suspects had stolen a wallet. The suspect had fled and was found hiding in a closet on Cottonwood Street. Tyree Frazier and Carolyn Bailey were arrested.

ASSAULT: 1000 BLOCK OF OAKHILL PLAZA. Complainant reported that a known suspect had punched and kicked her during an argument. The complainant had a large bruise under an eye and a footprint on the front of her shirt. Andrew Skinner was arrested.

ASSAULT: 4700 BLOCK OF SOUTH STREET. Two known suspects approached a victim who was sitting in a car. They punched the complainant several times in the head. Warrants have been requested.
