Central's Oliver Signs With Galveston

Two years ago Central's Tiffany Oliver never thought she'd play college softball.   She proved her self wrong today signing with Galveston College.  Oliver has turned into a great hitter, batting over 600 this season.   Oliver has hit 21 r.b.i's her senior season with 12 doubles.

Oliver can't wait to play for her new team.  But she will need to change her wardrobe.

"Yes, everything in my closet is green," Oliver says.  "I'll have to start getting blue stuff now."

Oliver says she was fighting back tears when talking about all the people who got her this far.  She thanked her parents and Central softball coach Amanda Carpenter.

"I'm really proud of myself and I want to make everyone else proud,"  Oliver says.  "I'm real excited."
