Lufkin Police Report - 4/14/08

ASSAULT: 800 BLOCK OF WILSON. Victim advised officer that her husband had "jumped" on her while they were visiting her mother her in Lufkin.  There were no signs of physical assault on the victim.  Victim advised that she was just going to leave him here and drive back to Beaumont Texas without him.

BURGLARY MOTOR VEHICLE: 700 BLOCK OF SCHULLER STREET. Complainant called Lufkin PD while he was driving back to San Antonio Texas to report that while he had been visiting a relative on Schuller Street, someone had entered his vehicle and stolen his wallet and his GPS navigational system.  He had not realized the items were missing until he was on his way home.

THEFT: 301 N. JOHN REDDITT DRIVE (DAIRY QUEEN #3). Manager reported that one of the daily deposits was missing, and some money was missing from another one.  She suspects one of the employees is responsible for the theft.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF: 600 BLOCK OF BURTON STREET. Complainant advised that he and his girlfriend got into an argument at the Chevron Gas Station.  He advised that he drove off and left her there.  A little while later, she showed up at his residence in a vehicle that she had been driving and began to ram the complainant's house with the car.  The suspect knocked at least three holes into the house with the front of the car causing substantial damage to the residence.

THEFT OF SERVICE: 214 S. TIMBERLAND DRIVE (PIZZA HUT). Complainant advised that a man and a woman came in and ordered a pizza.  The pizza was made and the couple tried it, but were not satisfied.  The management made them another pizza and again they sampled it.  They advised the complainant that it still was not correct and left the store without paying for the pizza.
