A first grade Nacogdoches school teacher is out on bond. She's accused of making alcohol available to a minor. Her name is Cynthia Triana. According to the arrest affidavit it all started with a noise complaint at Triana's home back in January. Police found beer cans and wine coolers. The minors confessed they had been drinking. Triana had just left before police arrived. However, one of the minors told investigators that he saw several kids drinking booze in the presence of the school teacher. NISD Superintendent Dr. Rodney Hutto says the Brooks Quinn Jones elementary teacher is on administrative leave. Allegations need to be proven before further action can be taken.
