Six people involved in drug trafficking throughout East Texas are now behind bars. Early this morning federal, state and local law enforcement arrested six men, three from Lufkin and three from Nacogdoches. Martin Ocon Jr., Danny Ray Pool, Derrick Tatum, Rodney Morris, Justin Burleigh, and Kelwin Berry were indicted on April 16th by a federal grand jury. All the men are now facing charges of possession with intent to distribute crack cocaine. They are scheduled to appear before a U.S. Magistrate judge in Beaumont later this month. They could face up to life in prison if convicted.
