Nacogdoches Police Report - 4/21/08

UNAUTHORIZED USE OF A VEHICLE, 100 BLOCK OF WEST CALIFORNIA. Complainant reported that a known suspect had taken a 2002 Mitsubishi and failed to return it.

DOGBITE, 1700 BLOCK OF GARDENBROOK. The victim picked his injured dog up and the dog bit him.

THEFT, 1122 NORTH UNIVERSITY DRIVE. A suspect removed items from Belk and JC Penny without paying. Shawanda Watts was arrested.

BURGLARY OF A VEHICLE, 3700 BLOCK OF OLD TYLER ROAD. Unknown suspects forcibly entered a vehicle and removed a purse.

FAILURE TO IDENTIFY-HINDERING APPREHENSION, 3500 BLOCK OF NW STALLINGS DRIVE. Two suspects were stopped on traffic charges. Both gave officers a false name and identity. Officers were able to locate the driver's licenses of both suspects. Kenesha Singleton was arrested for failure to id and hindering apprehension. Travis Harris was wanted for an outstanding warrant and was arrested for failure to id and that warrant.

ASSAULT, 1700 BLOCK OF ELIZA STREET. Two individuals were involved in an argument. The suspect struck the victim in the face, and scratched and bit the victim. Elma Spencer was arrested.
