Nacogdoches Police Report - 4/23/08

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF: 3800 BLOCK OF NORTH STREET. Complainant's vehicle had the back glass broken out by an unknown object.

THEFT: 1000 BLOCK OF NORTH UNIVERSITY DRIVE. An unknown suspect took a 30 pack of beer from the store without paying.

TERRORISTIC THREAT: 1300 BLOCK OF DOUGLASS ROAD. A known suspect threatened to kill the complainant. Warrant requested.

DEBIT CARD ABUSE: 312 WEST MAIN. Complainant's debit card was used in several towns without permission.

THEFT: 400 BLOCK OF OTIS STREET. Complainant reported that a cell phone was missing from her residence.

BURGLARY OF A HABITATION: 1000 BLOCK OF DURST STREET. A residence was forcibly entered and a check and a small amount of cash were taken.

THEFT: 900 BLOCK OF PEARL. Complainant had a laptop computer taken from his residence.

ASSAULT: 1100 BLOCK OF RODESSA. Two individuals were involved in a disturbance. Both assaulted each other, neither wished to file charges.

FORGERY: 2400 BLOCK OF NORTH STREET. A counterfeit $100.00 bill was passed at a business.

HIT AND RUN: 5200 BLOCK OF NORTHWAY. Complainant was struck by a silver Toyota Camry while walking down the street. The vehicle left the scene. The victim was treated at the hospital for non-life threatening injuries.

ASSAULT: 200 BLOCK OF EAST SPRADLEY. Complainant was assaulted, being grabbed by the neck by a known suspect. The suspect was located, and James Beall was arrested.

CREDIT CARD ABUSE: 300 BLOCK OF WEST MAIN. Complainant reported the unauthorized use of his credit card in Canada.

ASSAULT: 300 BLOCK OF WEST COX STREET. Two siblings were involved in a disturbance and assaulted each other. Both received minor injuries.
